By accessing or using Repostr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Repostr is an AI-powered tool that transforms YouTube video content into social media posts, including X threads, Instagram carousels, TikTok slideshows, LinkedIn posts, and Threads posts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze video transcripts and generate content.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Process videos you do not have the right to use or repurpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you generate using Repostr. However:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to repurpose the original YouTube content
• AI-generated content may need to be reviewed for accuracy before publishing
• Repostr does not claim ownership of your generated content

6. Subscription Plans

• Free plan: 3 generations per day, all platforms, 6 slide themes, watermark on slides
• Pro plan: Unlimited generations, all 10 themes, AI refinement, no watermark, 7 tone presets
• Business plan: Everything in Pro, bulk processing, priority support, longer videos, advanced AI

7. Payments and Refunds

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers

8. Limitation of Liability

Repostr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss.

9. YouTube Compliance

By using Repostr, you agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service. Repostr accesses publicly available video transcripts and does not download or store video content.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
